SUMMER DRESSES FROM BLOOMINGDALE'S

I love neutral outfits as and I think they can be investment pieces (despite the price) as they can be styled different ways and appropriate for a many more occasions than colorful and bright printed dresses, but lately I have been loving some color as well. I am rounding up some favorites that have caught my eye and I am enjoying.

It looks like orange is the new white for this summer! Different hues of orange are popping everywhere around me. My favorite of these dresses are the Ramy Brook Rachi Open Knit Maxi Dress and the L*Space Clara Dress and the Bardot Labella Halter Dress. They are very feminine dresses that have orange and yellow hues, perfect for the summer. The solid orange dresses by Aqua and Velvet by Graham & Spencer are so cute. Love the vibrant color! The ASTR the Label Cassian Off The Shoulder Cutout Dress is on my wishlist. I love the length and the cutout detail.

Of course I had to include white dresses - my favorite color! I love the cutout details in every single one of these dresses! The Alba Scalloped Dress by Lucy Paris has a very cute top and bottom details and it has pockets, which is very convenient. I love knit dresses (yes, even in the summer) and this Korii Cutout Ribbed Knit Midi Dress by Lucy Paris is giving me all the vibes.

I love the floral print of the Aqua Brushstroke Floral Print Midi Dress and the midi length is so feminine!

All of these dresses can be dressed up or down and will be perfect for a summer event!

Glow Oil SPF 50

I live for oil products for face, body (everything really!) and I am in love with the beautiful glow that the Glow Oil offers while the sun hits my skin. I do prefer using oil sunscreens and this is on the top of my list. It is super hydrating without feeling too heady on the skin and making everything you touch feel greasy.

PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF with Sunflower Extract

The whole family uses this sunscreen and it is perfect for face and body (I prefer a different one for the face - see below). The level of protection is very good and I love that it comes in a bigger size that has a pump for easy application.

Every Single Face

I love it because the watery lotion makes it feel very light on my skin. It does not leave a white cast like many other face sunscreens and it is non-greasy. It helps protect against many skin aggressors including UV rays, blue light and pollution.

(Re)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35

I love having this in my summer bag in case the warm weather and the sun makes my face oily. The mineral powder does not clog my pores and it mattifies my skin instantly. There is a refill offered for this product making it less expensive to repurchase this.

Resetting Refreshing Mist

One of my all time favorite products from Supergoop. I started purchasing this products since it first became available as I love the idea! It is a setting mist for makeup and I can easily reapply SPF throughout the day on top of my makeup without any mess. It has a rosemary and mint scent that I find mesmerizing - for some reason, every time I spray my face it takes me places. Perhaps the scent brings me many memories.

Lipscreen Sheer SPF 30

Of course I have to include some lip sunscreens, which is very important but many times forgotten. A moisturizing and lightweight formula that leaves the lips glowing with its sheer finish. I am getting the Lip Shield SPF 30 for my husband, which is great year around.

MY H&M ORDER FOR SS22

My recent order from H&M included some cute everyday dresses and jeans for the Spring/Summer season, as well as some beach essentials. Everything I ordered was under $50! All pieces ended up being better than I expected and was impressed with all of them!

My favorite pieces were the High Flare Jeans, the Balloon-Sleeve Dress and the Tie-Detail Dress. The jeans fit my body so well and I think they would be complementing many people. The dresses have very cute details that make them very feminine. I am also really enjoying the Jacquard-Weave Handbag and Shoulder Bag. They are so cute and roomy enough for everyday purposes. The bigger handbag is very versatile - it can be used for work, errands or the beach!
